Using Coabl
Coabl provides AI-assisted language learning, media discovery, explanations, conversation practice, and learning-library features. This pre-release draft does not form a final agreement. Before public launch, this page will identify the contracting operator, contact details, and applicable legal framework.
Use Coabl only where legally permitted and in accordance with these terms, platform rules, and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for requests made through it. Features and availability may differ by country, device, and app version.
Subscriptions and purchases
Coabl AI is offered as an App Store subscription. The in-app purchase screen shows the available plan, local price, billing period, any trial terms, and renewal conditions before you confirm a purchase. There is no purchase or payment collection on this website.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the terms shown by Apple at purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings before the renewal deadline shown there. Canceling stops future renewals; deleting the app, deleting local data, or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
Apple handles App Store billing and applicable refund requests. Subscription access, usage allowances, and any additional purchases are governed by the plan presented in the app. We do not promise unlimited AI, voice, or media usage.
AI learning assistance
AI responses, translations, transcripts, explanations, and feedback may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important information and use your own judgment. Coabl does not guarantee a learning outcome, exam score, or language level. AI output is not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
Online AI and voice features require network access and may rely on third-party services. Temporary failures, latency, or differences in model behavior can occur. We may update the services or models used to provide a feature.
Your content and third-party media
You retain any rights you hold in your own content. You authorize the processing of content you submit to the extent needed to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only submit material you are entitled to use, and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual-property rights.
Videos, podcasts, artwork, transcripts, and other third-party content remain subject to their owners’ rights and the relevant service’s rules. Coabl is not affiliated with or endorsed by a creator or media platform merely because its content can be viewed or discussed in the app. Do not use the service to circumvent access restrictions or distribute content without authorization.
Acceptable use
Do not use Coabl for unlawful activity, to infringe rights, to abuse others, to compromise accounts or infrastructure, or to circumvent purchase or usage controls. Do not attempt to extract secrets or gain unauthorized access to another user’s information.
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or respond to a material breach. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Privacy and account choices
The Privacy Policy describes account information, learning content, cloud processing, providers, and available deletion choices. Review it before using online features or submitting personal information. Device permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
You may stop using the service at any time. Use available in-app controls to remove supported content, and contact the published support address for cloud-account requests. Account closure does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Data needed for billing, security, or legal obligations may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and consumer rights
We aim to keep Coabl useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Features may change, and online services may be interrupted. Any limitation of responsibility is subject to applicable law; nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The service is licensed, not sold. For App Store distribution, Apple’s applicable license and platform terms may also govern your use of the app. These terms do not replace mandatory consumer protections.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here, with notice of material changes where required. Final operator, support, and jurisdiction details will be added before launch. Legal questions should be sent to the verified support contact published at that time.
